Last summer Brandt and I didn't get in much time in the sun thanks to it raining for the entire month of June and me being pregnant and sick after that. So this summer we're trying to make up for it. We've already been to the lake a few times and hope to get in a few more trips before the snow flies. A couple weeks ago we met my sister's down there. It was a cold and windy day, but the kids still had a great time.

Brandt was happy to just dig and play on his own.
Poor Rylie was freezing, but he got some good cuddle time in with grandma.
It's hard to tell, but Brandt was absolutely covered in sand from head to toe- and LOVED it!
